The main component in our business is the fundamental design of a discretionary Repair Plan that we provide for consumer appliances.
Here at Be Sure we operate solely on a discretionary basis and by operating in this manner we can provide fully comprehensive services keeping ‘YOU’ the customer at the forefront of our business.
We use this discretion to ensure customers receive a fair and equitable resolution to every request.
Some businesses offering insurance services charge excess fees and other added costs but at Be Sure the price you are quoted is the price you pay with no added costs!
All requests are dealt with in-house by our specialist staff and not outsourced to third parties. This means we are able to arrange repairs and services as quickly as 24 - 48 hours (usually a next day service).
We believe we implement our discretion wisely, therefore, keeping our customers interests paramount. Sole discretion comes down to Senior Management when any decision is to be made.
